2.Design Approval: Once you have submitted your design, our team will review it and provide you with a digital proof. You will need to approve the proof before we begin production.

3.Production Time: Our production time varies depending on the product and quantity ordered. Generally, it takes 5-7 business days to produce and prepare your order for shipping.

4.Shipping: We offer shipping through various carriers, including DHL, 4px, Yunexpress, and USPS. If you select express shipping, the normal transit time is 3-5 business days, except for remote areas that may require USPS delivery, which can add an additional 2-3 days. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that these shipping times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

5. Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will work with you to find a solution.

6. Design Changes: If you notice an error in your design or logo, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We may be able to make changes to your design
