Our Guarantee Makes It Quick And Easy:

No one is flawless, yet we pursue perfection relentlessly. Should rare errors occur, we aim to deliver hassle-free after-sales service. Please contact us within 30 days upon receipt of goods, and we will assist you promptly.

  • If printed or embroidered details differ greatly from your confirmed design, or goods are incorrect, we offer free remakes, full or partial refunds as you prefer.
  • If we fail to correct the craftsmanship, corresponding items will be fully refunded. Funds will be processed within 1-2 working days after we receive returned goods.
  • Original shipping fees will be fully reimbursed for eligible returns and exchanges, excluding delivered finished products.

 

Cancellations:

Custom products are uniquely tailored exclusively for you, with customization fees already included in the total price. To cancel an order, please email us your order number and cancellation reason. Cancellation is available only before production commences.

Please be advised that personalized production starts right after order confirmation. If cancellation is requested after production begins, a restocking fee of $20 per item will be charged.

Refunds will be issued based on the original payment amount, minus shipping charges and customized production costs. This clause does not apply to wrongly delivered goods.

You will get a confirmation email once the return request is handled. Funds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, and may require one extra billing cycle to show on your bank statement.

 

Disclaimers:

  • All custom and made-to-order goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including on-demand blank products.

  • Any blank merchandise that undergoes processing, customization or modification cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This rule covers all items altered from their original state. Kindly read this policy thoroughly prior to purchasing goods for further processing and resale.

  • In case of manufacturing defects, incorrect items or transit damage, please submit photos or videos as proof within 7 days upon delivery. We will arrange remaking, replacement, partial or full refund, or store credit accordingly. No claims or adjustments will be accepted 30 days after goods receipt.

  • This customized product has no connection, authorization or sponsorship from any professional sports brand, league or manufacturer.

  • LOMIDINE reserves the right to revise the policy anytime, with updates published on this page.
