Here is our Refund & Returns Policy for customized apparel, jerseys, hats, backpacks, and sports products:

1.Contact us within 24 hours for any errors in customized content If there is an error in the customized content of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to modify the order before it enters production.

2.No modifications can be made after 24 hours After 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot modify any customized content. At this point, the product has already entered the production stage.

3.Quality issues or defective products If you receive a defective or poor-quality product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You'll get a complete refund,  and we'll send you an email to confirm once we process your return.please note that it may take 7-12 business days for the money to appear in your account, and you may need to wati for   the next billing cycle to see it on your statement. We will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution for you,

4.Customers can request free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided that the products remain unused.
